CCI’s team of coaches and trainers are one of the earliest pioneers in coaching in the region since 2005. Our faculty members have taken up executive roles in coaching bodies including International Coaching Federation (ICF), Forbes Coaching Council, etc.

Highly Experienced Faculty

CCI’s faculty of lead trainers and mentor coaches in Singapore have over 100 years of coaching and coach training experience since 2005. Our faculty panel includes Five Master Certified Coaches (MCC), while the rest of the faculty are minimally a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Life Time Accreditation Support

CCI offers robust support in helping all our students prepare for and get their ICF certificate through our ACC Fast Track Program. This 6-months coaching course in Singapore features a peer and faculty supported accountability structure to aid you in getting you certified with ICF after our program.

CCI provides numerous coaching opportunities to our network of coaches and alumni, to support them in their coaching mastery. CCI provides an avenue for coaches to gain experience in life/executive/business/corporate coaching and build their coaching portfolio, by providing opportunities, guidance and resources such as playbooks.

About Collective Change Institute​

Pioneers in Coaching since 2004​

Collective Change Institute (“CCI”) is an ICF-approved coach training organisation (ACTSH and ACTP). CCI is one of the only coaching institutes with proven experience in supporting organisations in leadership coaching, corporate/business/executive coaching, corporate coach training and coaching culture development in both the Government and private sector in Singapore.

The staff team behind CCI has been delivering coaching services and consultancy since 2005. To date, we have delivered more than 10,000 hours of coaching courses, and trained more than 500 certified coaches from around the world. All of our coaches in Singapore have a certificate in coaching from the International Coach Federation (“ICF”).

Lin Tan (MCC, ICF)

Lin is recognized with an ICF Master Coach Credential, the highest professional coach accreditation conferred on a Coach, joining the top 2% globally. She brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals, specializing in leadership development and coaching skills training. She is currently serving as the President-Elect of the International Coach Federation, Singapore chapter.

In 2018, she was recognised as a Young Leaders Award Finalist by ICF and identified to be in the top 11 globally who are set to lead the coaching profession. Lin has trained and mentored over 200 individuals in coaching skill sets, and helped over 60 of them achieve their professional certifications.

Lim Pei Ying (MCC, ICF)

Pei Ying brings over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, combined with a commercial and management background to empower individuals and teams to realize their potential and drive larger outcomes/objectives. Some notable results of her coaching include transiting leaders into larger roles and building successful sustainable businesses alongside that.

Having trained and mentored Coaches since 2008, she currently develops budding coaches, coaching leaders and managers through the professional, advanced and corporate programs under Collective Change Institute.

Tan Xing Jian (MCC, ICF)

Xing Jian is a life coach with over 13 years of experience. He started coaching in 2007, and in 2009, began training coaches.


He started his coaching journey in one of Asia’s largest coaching organisations where he honed his skills as a coach and coach trainer for 5 years, and as part of a management team, grew a body of coaches from 15 to 80 individuals in a few short years, with a quarter of these individuals going on to achieve their individual professional certifications with the International Coaching Federation.

Tan Teng Nging (MCC, ICF)

Teng Nging has coached for more than 18 years with over 3000 hours of coaching experience. Her expertise lies in helping clients navigate uncertain situations in the workplace and in life, and turn situations of tension, challenge and complexity into synergistic opportunities and creative solutioning. Specially trained in Process-Oriented Psychology and Worldwork, she brings in concepts of Eldership and Deep Democracy to empower individuals amidst workplace dynamics of power, rank and communication. As a Reiss Profile® Master, she transforms diversity and difference within a group into opportunities for complementary collaboration.

Graduating with a Masters of Arts in Process Work (MAPW) from Process Work Institute (USA), she is a trained conflict facilitator and counsellor in transpersonal psychology.

Jada Seet (MCC, ICF)

Coaching since 2007, Jada is a Master Certified Coach with over 2500 hours of coaching experience with individuals, leaders and startups. She specializes in coaching and training individuals on developing emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills that empower them to build meaningful connection, influence and relationships in their professional and personal life.

Coming from a creative and startup background, Jada has driven teams through several growth cycles, from startup stage to SME scale. Her love for innovation and building businesses led her to establish her first fashion retail business in 2007, to joining Paktor Group as Country Lead; driving growth and management of the business and most recently as COO of XCLR8 Technologies, one of Asia’s fastest growing health tech startup.

Eugene Sim (PCC, ICF)

Eugene’s expertise lies in business and career coaching, helping clients spearhead change in both professional and personal goals.

He was the principle consultant for digitalization/UX projects in organisations including Ministry of Education (MOE), People’s Association (PA), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), National University of Singapore (NUS) and National Environment Agency (NEA). He was also digital advisor to NUS Global Alumni, Singapore Book Publishers’ Association, Franchising and Licensing Association and sgCarMart.

Eugene graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a 1st class honours in Business Administration (Finance and Technpreneurship). He is also an Isaac Manessah Scholar.
