The PCC Certification Track consists of a series of Coaching Labs to support coaches who are applying for their ICF PCC Credentials
Coaching at the ICF PCC level is a jump from the ACC standard of coaching. It requires a robust demonstration of the ICF core competencies. Training, practice and constructive feedback are essential to advancing your coaching capabilities.
The PCC Certification Track consists of a series of labs and coaching-recording reviews to support coaches who are applying for their ICF PCC Credentials. Obtain practice hours with real clients through our ‘Coaching for Change’ initiative.
The PCC Certification Track offers the following:
Labs offer an intimate setting dedicated to the refinement of targeted skills that define the ‘PCC coaching standard’. Done in a small group for supervised application.
Get professional feedback and guidance from our MCC faculty on your coaching via coaching conversation recording reviews. Learn how you fair against the ICF’s PCC Standard competencies. Demonstrating your coaching skills in line with the ICF’s PCC Coaching Standard will earn you the certification required for your PCC credential.
Asynchronous training hours that consist of self-paced learning and assignments, including reflective practices and evaluating your own coaching in preparation of your assessment.
Partake in our ‘Coaching for Change’ (C4C) initiative where you get to coach real clients over 3-6 coaching sessions. This is an opportunity for you to apply your PCC skills, gain coaching experience and work toward your 500 coaching hours required at the PCC level. Clients pay-it-forward by making a monetary donation to our charity of choice.
*Only applicable to CCI's ACTP students (who have clocked their full training requirements with us i.e. PCD (60 hrs) + ACD (70 hrs))
NOTE:
On-going self-paced assignments and coaching in the “C4C” program. On-going mentoring (optional add-on) from Month 0 to Month 9
The PCC Certification Track is for coaches who are intending to apply for the PCC credentials with ICF.
This program consists of a series of labs and coaching recording reviews to support coaches in getting up to the level of PCC standards in coaching.
If you are in the ACTP / L2 program with CCI (i.e. you are obtaining at least 125 coach training hours and at least 10 mentor hours with CCI), your PCC Credentials “Performance Evaluation” will be assessed by CCI during the 9 months PCC Certification Track.
The PCC Certification Track supports aspiring PCCs to achieve the PCC standard of coaching.
The focus is on developing the behaviours found in the ICF core competencies and improving them based on constructive feedback on your coach recording.
The ACC Fast Track supports aspiring ACCs to achieve the ACC standard of coaching.
Participants should fulfill the following pre-requisites:
i) have an ACC Credential with ICF
ii) commit to clocking an additional 50 hours of coaching during the duration of the PCC Certification track (9 months)
For participants taking the ACD program or under the ACTP / L2 program with CCI, you should ideally have taken 4 ACD Modules (Modules 1 and Modules 2 included) when the PCC Certification Track commences.
Yes. The PCC Certification Track can be taken as a stand-alone.
Participants should fulfill the following pre-requisites:
i) have an ACC Credential with ICF
ii) commit to clocking an additional 50 hours of coaching during the duration of the PCC Certification track (9 months)
ACD Modules are topical in nature and deep dives into a specialization of coaching and its application.
PCC Certification Track consists of a series of labs and coaching recording reviews to support coaches in getting up to the level of PCC standards in coaching.
These are 3 dedicated sessions for the participant to submit their coach recording for evaluation and review by the faculty.
If you are in the ACTP / L2 program with CCI (i.e. you are obtaining at least 125 coach training hours and at least 10 mentor hours with CCI), your PCC Credentials “Performance Evaluation” assessment will be based on these 3 sessions of “Evaluation & Review”.
No. You may purchase mentoring hours separately from CCI.
If you are in the ACTP / L2 program with CCI (i.e. you are obtaining at least 125 coach training hours and at least 10 mentor hours with CCI), your PCC Credentials “Performance Evaluation” assessment will be based on these 3 sessions of “Evaluation & Review”.
If you are not within the ACTP / L2 program with CCI, you will have to submit your coach recording to ICF when applying for your PCC credentials.
