Background
Eugene is a Professional Certified Coach with over 1000 hours of coaching experience. Eugene loves working with individuals who are in transition and change. Over the past 10 years, he has supported many of his clients to discover the ‘right’ game that they are aligned with and flourish in, and create sustainable transformational change from within.
Eugene’s first 25 years of life was pretty much shaped by Singapore’s education system where good grades and a well-trodden career path took centrestage. Eugene started his career as a bank management associate, before quitting his job to launch an ad-tech start-up with funding from 2 Government agencies.
The journey to balancing the world’s consensus need for achievement and fast outcomes, amidst personal meaning and individual pace was not an easy one for him. As such, he undertook an introspective journey of self understanding while building his businesses. Almost 2 decades on, Eugene now brings his unique blend of human-centric approach of internal integration towards business building and self leadership – supporting individuals who seek that balance and congruence in their pursuit of what they hold important internally while creating real-world results.
Eugene has over 2 decades of business building expertise,
having co-founded and led companies in the domains of digital strategy, UX, ecommerce and education. He brings along tacit and functional skillsets in digital transformation, sales, marketing and team formation. Eugene has led digitalization projects across Government agencies such as MOH, MOE, SLA, etc. He was also the digital advisor to various trade associations such as Franchising and Licensing Association, Singapore Book Publishers’ Association, NUS Global Alumni and SgCarMart.com.
Eugene graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a 1st class honours in Business Administration (Finance and Technpreneurship). He is also an Isaac Manessah Scholar. Eugene is an accredited enneagram practitioner, a human design and human potential enthusiast. In an underground life, Eugene is a professional tarot reader, a voracious bookworm and an aspiring biohacker.
