Meet your Trainer

Olga Sych


Olga has over 15 years of experience transforming multi-million-dollar media and advertising businesses in Europe and Asia, leading multi-cultural teams of 100 people and managing sales and marketing for top global brands.

Before starting her own consulting business 3 years ago, Olga was Managing Director, Digital for Tatler across 7 markets in Asia, where she managed a portfolio of over 150+ global luxury brands. Prior to that, Olga was Managing Director at a global advertising agency Digitas, part of Publicis Group. She is currently a mentor at leading accelerators including Taffs, Accelerating Asia and Found8.

Olga studied Media Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business; Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC Business School; Digital Marketing and Leadership at Google and Coaching at CCI. She speaks 5 languages and is deeply passionate about coaching and personal development.


Meet your Trainer

Lin Tan (MCC, ICF)


Lin is recognized with an ICF Master Coach Credential, the highest professional coach accreditation conferred on a Coach, joining the top 2% globally. She brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals, specializing in leadership development and coaching skills training. She is currently serving as the President-Elect of the International Coach Federation, Singapore chapter.

In 2018, she was recognised as a Young Leaders Award Finalist by ICF and identified to be in the top 11 globally who are set to lead the coaching profession. Lin has trained and mentored over 200 individuals in coaching skill sets, and helped over 60 of them achieve their professional certifications. She is the founder and Director of Training of Collective Change Institute and developed the curriculum for its professional coach certification program. She is a registered Mentor Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Lin’s work has been recognised by local media such as Channel News Asia, Channel 8, 938 Live, Simply Her, LianHe Zai Bao and herworld.com. She co-authored a Kinokuniya Best-Seller inspirational coaching book in 2006. Having run several businesses, Lin’s background is in business and management. Her last major role as Chief Operations Officer with Asia’s largest executive coach institute demanded leadership skills to grow and manage teams across Asia, Europe and China. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications specialising in Marketing and Management (Murdoch University, Australia).

Do I need to have an existing coaching practice to join this program?

No. This program is open to anyone, from coaches who are interested to set up their coaching practice, to experienced coaches who have been running their coaching business.

Is this a recorded or Live program?

Unlike other programs in the market, the Kick Ass Business Accelerator Program is entirely LIVE (i.e. not recorded). The webinars, 1:1 coaching, mastermind sessions are all conducted live with our master trainers and your fellow peer coaches.

At the same time, we are keep our class sizes small to ensure attention is given to each participant. A similar accelerator program  would easily cost 2-3x in program fees.

Do I need to be an ICF-certified coach, before I can take this program?

No. All coaches who are certified (regardless of whether it’s with ICF) or aspiring coaches who have yet to be certified are welcomed.

Do I need a background in digital marketing? Do I need a website before I can take this program?

No. Prior knowledge in marketing or digital marketing is not a pre-requisite. The Business Accelerator Program is developed specifically to support participants achieve tangible results via actual implementation of what is taught.

Must I have trained with CCI in order to be eligible for this program?

No. This is a business accelerator for coaches to create a thriving coaching practice and it is open to all participants regardless whether they have attended any programs previously in CCI.

Does this program provide CCEU credits?
[Answer is only applicable for ICF coaches who are looking to renew their certification]
ICF allows up to 16 hours of the 40 CCEU hours needed for renewals to be clocked as ‘resource development’ hours. This refers to any training OUTSIDE of core competencies. A business type training such as our business accelerator will count towards the 16 ‘resource development’ hours.

Do I have to be based in Singapore for this program?
No. The Kick Ass Business Accelerator Program is conducted Live via Zoom (an online webinar platform).  You can be based anywhere in the world. Just note that training timings are based on GMT +8 timezone.

What is the cost of investment?
The program course fee is S$1800.00 nett.
There is a 20% discount for this upcoming batch which reduces the course fee to S$1440.00 nett.
There is a further 10% discount for CCI alumni.
