"My biggest learning was the active listening part. I realized that for the past 8-10 years I have not been a very good listener which was constantly brought to my attention by my family especially my teenage daughters. I always ended up giving instructions quickly whenever there was a problem. I never felt the need to change myself.

I have been improving a lot and it has spilled over in my personal life as well and I started actively listening to my daughters and other family members as well. My daughters commented on the difference they see! This is slowly improving my relationship with others as well."
