In 2018, she was recognised as a Young Leaders Award Finalist by ICF and identified to be in the top 11 globally who are set to lead the coaching profession. The Coaching Manager Program consists of 6 modules of on-demand learning (15 hours). This is entirely done at your own pace via the learning portal which you have lifetime access to.
There is a monthly group mentoring session (2 hours) that is conducted live over Zoom. These monthly group mentoring sessions are for you to discuss, practice and ask questions on what you have learned from the on-demand webinars. You have access to 5 months (or sessions) of these group mentoring sessions (10 hours total).
In total, you are looking at investing a minimum of 5 hours per month over a period of 5 months.
