My responsibilities entailed overseeing the operational planning of all events, which involved meticulous planning, efficient communication, and adaptability to ensure successful outcomes. I achieved this through a blend of visionary leadership, coaching, and taking ownership. I find great satisfaction in nurturing a culture of excellence and high performance, leveraging the team’s collective strengths and creating an environment that encourages individuals to perform at their best.

Currently, I am on a career break to rejuvenate and redirect my professional and personal pursuits. I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia, I relocated to Singapore in 2007 and have since made it my permanent home. I am enthusiastic about connecting with people, events and exchanging ideas. I thoroughly enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and I am methodical when it comes to planning and multitasking.

During my leisure time, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring Park Connectors, listening to podcasts, travelling, and spending quality family time. I treasure the moments I spend with my preschool-aged daughter, cherishing how these experiences strengthen our bond before she begins primary school.
