Professional Background
Wen Hsien has more than 20 years of experience in the legal and Government sectors. She works with senior leaders in Government and is recognised for her ability to build and lead high performance teams. Having worked in various parts of the Government, as well as in a top law firm in the private sector, Wen Hsien is adept at understanding clients’ needs (from various sectors), and addressing their concerns (both legal and non-legal) in a holistic manner. Wen Hsien’s experience as a litigator has honed her ability to think analytically and communicate effectively. It has also allowed her to cross paths with people from all walks of life and to be a kinder individual. She thrives in fast-paced and dynamic situations, and loves a little challenge. Her interest in alternative forms of dispute resolution (such as mediation) have also opened up pathways in problem solving, that are valuable in the coaching context.

Wen Hsien is a mother of 3 boys and many pets. She loves animals and the great outdoors, and particularly animals in the great outdoors. She is also a fitspo wannabe who sometimes lacks fitspiration. She is an easy-going individual who has a genuine interest in helping others to gain perspective and understanding, and to develop self-mastery.
