With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, Wan Ling has a rich background in advocating for strengths-based approaches and integrating these principles into her work. Her training and expertise include facilitating powerful conversations, asset-based community development, and local area coordination.

She played a key role in capacity development, staff engagement, and led efforts to build a safe and healthy organisational culture. For over ten years, she has had the opportunity to mentor bright, good-hearted individuals, and lead high-performing teams. She finds joy in innovation work and piloted community programmes such as “Wellness Kampung”, and “Share a Pot” (www.shareapot.sg). An advocate for health literacy, she launched and ran “Mini Medical School” and “Internal Affairs” (follow us on IG@internal.affairsofficial) with her talented team mates.

In her free time, Wan Ling enjoys reading, exploring nature, and running a small thrift shop that promotes circular fashion and mindful purchasing as a lifestyle. Her latest adventure includes moving from dear, comfy Singapore to rustic Rayong, Thailand with her husband and son.
