Professional Background
Suren is a seasoned tech professional with 15 years of experience in digital product development. His journey spans running startup programs in government, founding his own startup, and becoming a product leader at Grab and SPH Media. He excels in cross-functional team collaboration, relationship building, business strategy, product management and design thinking.
In 2022, after experiencing feelings of stagnation and burnout, he was introduced to coaching which helped him reconnect with his core story and navigate challenges more effectively. This personal transformation reinforced his belief in the importance of coaching and inspired him to pursue it professionally.

Personal Background
A self professed music nerd, Suren often goes down musical rabbit holes as a past time. Whether it is embracing the rhythm or melody of a song, discovering a song’s genealogy or how two people come together to create music, he finds this journey very fulfilling. His best moments have always involved music, particularly attending music festivals with his wife who is a fellow music nerd.
He believes in the magic of a genuine connection. Whether it is a conversation over coffee, play time with his 6 year old son over a tub of Lego bricks, or a Toastmasters chapter meeting, it is these deep connections and the stories which come out of them that bring him the greatest sense of joy.
