Rana’s broad experience in operational as well as strategic people matters, having worked in corporate HR roles for all her career, enables her to adapt to diverse stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and cultures. Starting in one of the Big Four auditing and consulting firms with a business law degree right after university, her learning curve was steep. Stakeholders were demanding and wanted results asap. This exposure enabled her to achieve a good understanding of different needs and speeds and the ability to deliver. Her continuous career in high-tech manufacturing brought another variety of personalities and topics.
Her solution-oriented approach, empathic and authentic self supported this experience and path up the career ladder these past years. Whenever possible, she aims to connect on a personal level to fully grasp and understand the needs of those vis-a-vis. Her ambition to support and guide leaders of the organisation to increase their self awareness and reconsider their delivery style as a leader and role model is one of her priorities.
She’s always embraced intercultural diversity having lived in 4 and worked in 3 countries and hopes for everyone else to also see the beauty of it. Those years have enhanced her ability to navigate through a diverse crowd of individuals trying to find the best qualities in everyone which opened her mind and heart.

Personal Background
Born and raised in Germany, hence punctual and efficient, just to name 2 stereotypes that she incorporates. She’s a working mother to two young children who help her prioritise what is important in life and who let her strive to empower those around her. Rana reignited her own learning journey when she moved to Singapore 2 years ago. She was able to focus on herself, her personal and professional growth and completed an MBA in less than 1 year before starting her Coaching Development Program with CCI. With her professional and human insights into the Coaching world, she is an appreciated partner of corporate decision makers as well as her peers.
As an extroverted introvert, she enjoys truly connecting with people and at the same time refuels while spending time with herself doing things with her hands like gardening, baking and pottery. Pursuing those simple pleasures aligns with her love for order and beautiful things, as it soothes her eye and brings inner peace and clarity. As a promoter of lifelong learning, she embraces every opportunity to grow.
Coaching Style
Rana’s coaching style evolves around enabling the power within and creative thinking and reflection in a safe and honest partnership on the path to finding own solutions. This requires adaptation towards the needs and speed of the Coachee in order to find the right tune for a collaboration.
She is an active listener who is kind and easy to connect with. At the same time, she describes herself as a challenging enabler for everyone who seeks clarity and growth.
