Personal Background

My journey of coaching and personal growth started in 2010. Since then I have experienced coaching and mentoring as a way for personal transformation and growth. Having benefited from coaching is what paved the way for me to focus on continuous self development, and to grow myself as an individual and as a coach.

I have played the role of a coach/mentor for the last 10+ years in a personal and professional capacity, while being in various roles during my career. Outside of work, I also volunteer with Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps since 2015 and leads a detachment of 35 peer volunteer soldiers.

I have been based in Singapore for the last 15+ years. Originally from India, I have lived in different countries in Asia – Indonesia, Malaysia, China before making Singapore as home base.

In my free time, I enjoys reading, music, dragon-boat and canoeing, photography, travels and a glass of red in the company of friends.

Personal Philosophy

“Aut Viem Invenium Aut Faciam” (Latin) translates to “I shall either find a way, or make one”. This has been my personal philosophy that has always empowered my actions and this is the same approach that I bring to coaching.
