Professional Background

Lyne has a total of 18 years of HR experience including recruitment and catering HR solution services for recruitment agency and search firm, in-house talent acquisition partnering for Research & Development Engineering department and Corporate functions in US fortune 500 manufacturing MNC, regional talent acquisition for industrial automation US and French MNCs, and HR business partnering in a French MNC which has more than 600 employees located in 23 sites within Singapore.

Lyne’s current role as the HR Business Partner has exposed her to support the different business units across Air Liquide Singapore from commercial to operations and corporate functions departments over the 5 years. She provides people advisory to business leaders to achieve the business units’ strategic objectives for organizational goals. Lyne also works closely with the business leaders in workforce planning, developing, and tracking employees headcount and employees cost budget. She also identifies and develops people strategies and programs to support business needs and drive business performance and develop talent. Being the key enabler who supports the overall HR model including self-service, data & analytics, enabling technologies and HR capabilities during transformational phases of the organization have helped Lyne to develop change management and strategic mindset. In addition, she also supports HR Lead with projects related to employees engagement, wellbeing programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to this, Lyne has 13 years of talent acquisition and recruitment agency experience supporting various industries in different regions and this has honed her ability to work with all levels through relationship building and collaboration towards objectives.

Provide professional support to people exploring mid-career change, and fresh graduates unsure of what to look out for after they’ve graduated. Being certified as Mental Health First Aider, Lyne also strives in supporting people who need an empathetic listening ear during their life coaching journey.

Someone who enjoys continuous learning and always aims for personal growth through development. Reliable and responsible person who will see through things to be on track and stay objective. Lyne enjoys good foods, accompanied with nice relaxing ambience in outdoors and listening to soothing music for calmness. Loves hot yoga and jogging in her free time and she also volunteer at the children ministry in her home church.

Facilitative coaching aims to empower the coachees to explore their own thoughts without judgement and freedom of creativity with ownership of the outcome they desire. A collaborative coach to partner the coachees to work together from setting goals, creating impact and help the coachees to find purpose and motivation when making decisions during the coaching journey.
