• 10+ years in sales, with 6+ focused on enterprise clients
• Partnered with global banks across Asia Pacific to drive transformation
• A pivotal lesson that shaped me: during army infantry ALSC training, my Encik said, “If you can complete this sh**ty course, you can do anything in life.” That stuck. Growth often begins right at the edge of discomfort
• Outside of coaching, I climb and run — both teach me how to face uncertainty, trust the process, and keep going even when it gets hard
With over a decade of experience in sales—six of those in enterprise sales within the financial technology space—Kwang Wei Long brings a sharp commercial mind, strategic depth, and lived experience navigating high-pressure environments. He has led transformative engagements with top-tier financial institutions including Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, OCBC, and ANZ Bank, helping them streamline operations, modernize infrastructure, and drive sustainable growth across the region.
Some of his notable milestones:
• Closed a SGD $1.23M contract with ANZ Bank to reshape their trade confirmation architecture in a future-readiness initiative
• Drove a SGD $750K business expansion into OCBC’s Group Finance division
• Reactivated dormant accounts, unlocking over SGD $600K in professional services revenue
• Contributed to winning high-impact regulatory projects with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA)
What sets Kwang Wei Long apart isn’t just commercial success—it’s how he leads with clarity, calm, and empathy in high-stakes situations. As someone who’s had to “figure things out” in ambiguity and carry pressure quietly, he understands what it means to feel stuck, even when everything looks good on paper.
That’s part of what drew him to coaching: to create the kind of space he wished he had earlier in his journey—where you can pause, be real, and make sense of what’s next.
Before coaching, he also founded and successfully exited Semicolon Works—Singapore’s first leather crafting team experience built around sustainability and creative upcycling. Through hands-on workshops with public agencies like NEA and IRAS, he helped reconnect people to the joy of creating something meaningful from scratch—an ethos he now brings into his coaching conversations.
• Sales professionals who are high-performing but quietly feeling stuck, burnt out, or misaligned
• Professionals exploring a move into sales and looking to build confidence, clarity, and purpose in their next step
• Early and mid-career professionals navigating growth, transitions, or a sense of “what’s next”
• Recent graduates seeking clarity, confidence, and direction as they enter the working world
• Entrepreneurs in transition facing uncertainty, decision fatigue, or shifting identities
• Individuals at a crossroad—personally or professionally—ready to move, but unsure how
Kwang Wei Long believes in the quiet power of simply showing up—especially when life feels uncertain, messy, or hard. He sees growth not as something loud or dramatic, but as the small, steady steps we choose to take, even when we’re unsure.
He’s guided by values of lifelong learning, presence, and quiet resilience—shaped by years navigating high-stakes environments, moments of deep personal challenge, and a belief that who we become matters just as much as what we do.
Kwang Wei Long is endlessly curious about people—their inner landscapes, their unseen strengths, and the truths they’re still unfolding. He believes that with the right questions, the right space, and just enough support, we can find our own way forward—even when we don’t yet have the map.
To him, coaching isn’t about advice or performance. It’s about creating a space where it’s safe to be real, to reconnect with what matters, and to move forward—not with all the answers, but with courage, clarity, and self-trust.
Born and raised in Singapore, Kwang Wei Long has always been drawn to the deeper questions—what fuels us, what holds us back, and how we grow through life’s pivotal moments. While his career has taken him across industries and cultures, one constant has remained: a deep curiosity about people and a belief in their potential to evolve, shift, and rise.
Outside of coaching and the corporate world, he finds inspiration in physical movement and mental flow. You’ll often find him bouldering at a climbing gym—solving problems one route at a time—or running through quiet neighbourhoods while tuning into a podcast on leadership, mindset, or psychology. These moments are more than hobbies; they’re meditative practices that feed his love for challenge, growth, and inner stillness.
Kwang Wei Long is also the co-founder of Semicolon Works, a creative business that fused sustainability with craftsmanship—teaching teams to upcycle leather into functional everyday objects. The venture didn’t just create beautiful products; it shifted mindsets and reminded people of the joy of making something with their hands, from scratch.
His most profound shift came with becoming a father. It expanded his worldview and rooted his purpose in something larger than himself—deepening his commitment to live fully and help others do the same.
At the heart of his life and work is a quiet but powerful belief: that by slowing down and tuning in, we can use our everyday challenges as portals for transformation. In both coaching and conversation, Kwang Wei Long brings this grounded presence—holding space for others to reconnect with their inner compass and move forward with clarity and courage.
My coaching style is warm, grounded, and quietly powerful. I create a space that feels both safe and courageous—where you can pause, reflect, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I don’t offer advice or quick answers. Instead, I ask thoughtful, sometimes unexpected questions that invite clarity, insight, and new ways of seeing. My focus is on helping you reconnect with your inner compass—so you can move forward in a way that feels true to who you are now.
Clients often describe my sessions as calming, empowering, and gently transformative. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, an identity transition, or just feeling stuck, I meet you where you are—with curiosity, presence, and belief in your ability to grow.
