Professional Background

Kah Hua has close to 30 years of experience working within MNCs.  She started her career in the field of Auditing, Analysis and Planning, working primarily with figures and how figures influence business decisions.   Almost 18 years ago, she transitioned into the space of People and Organizational Capability, working primarily with people and how people drive business results.  If you are curious to know why and how she transitioned and the impact the change had on her life, she is more than happy to have a conversation with you over a cup of coffee or tea. Having fulfilled various business focus roles, Kah Hua has built up keen business and finance acumen.  Coupled now with a people lens, these allow her to relate to many business leaders’ challenges.

In the years since she transitioned, Kah Hua has been coaching and mentoring managers and high performers within the organization she’s worked for.  She has also facilitated many group workshops covering business objectives including organizational transformation, strategic planning, visioning and effective team collaboration.  In recent years, she has taken an interest in supporting career transitions and life coaching for individuals looking to pivot in the next season of their career or life.

Kah Hua is certified on various profiling tools, including MBTI, Gallup, Emergenetics and DISC.  She leverages these tools to help her clients gain better self-awareness as well as enhance team effectiveness.
