Professional Background

Jeanne possesses a broad and unique set of skills acquired over two decades of HR expertise across multinational corporations and high-growth companies. She is recognised for her ability to align people strategies with business outcomes, build internal capability and develop people effectively.

She is also an Adjunct Lecturer for the Diploma in Business Practice (Human Resource Management & Psychology) at Temasek Polytechnic and is passionate about helping students learn. Jeanne focuses on translating complex concepts into practical insights, catering to the diverse learning needs of adult learners, and valuing the process of teaching as a path to deepening her own mastery.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours (Class 2 Division 1) from the University of New South Wales. She is an IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP) and a Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca). Personal Background

Outside of her professional life, Jeanne is passionate about sports and fitness. She trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and also lifts weights, runs, swims. She plays badminton regularly and occasionally enjoys cycling, rock climbing, surf skating, snowboarding, and arnis. Jeanne has previously competed in numerous triathlons and holds certifications in scuba diving, free diving, and sport climbing.

Jeanne believes in embracing new experiences, acquiring new skills, and keeping an open mind. Among her lesser-known skills are hairdressing and basic Python coding. She enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds who challenge her perspective and inspire her growth. As a reminder to live intentionally, she maintains a memento mori calendar, inspired by Stoic philosophy.

During her gap year, Jeanne spent time backpacking, travelling in a campervan and riding motorbikes in foreign countries. She has a small collection of vintage items, including a 1967 Vespa, which she still rides occasionally.
