I started my early career in Human Resource Talent Acquistion and moved onto various Sales leadership roles leading small teams. I have been given the opportunity to work in many industries in Sales Lead roles such as the Fast Moving Consumer Industry, Office Automation and Software Industry, Marine and Offshore industry, with many world renowned companies that are fortune 500 companies. This allowed me to gain the skills neccessary to excel in leadership and people interactions which are the essence of connecting deeper and building meaningful relationships on the professional and personal level.

As a successful business owner of an music education business which i own for 10 years being the role of business director, i had the opportunity to also franchise the business and eventually sold the company who continues to run the successful business till today.

Having an entreprenuer bug in me, i continually learn from my daily interactions with clients and people i meet and believe in learning continuously to keep myself sharp and relevant.

I am a practicing coach and mentor to many team mates and also fellow aspiring business owners of small and medium sized companies and self-employed individuals. Often the area of challenge that i coach on is a personal area of breakthrough that one would like to make happen or not aware of the lid that they have put on themselves unknowingly that hinders them from moving ahead.

I have groomed successful sales professionals to meet their sales targets by setting clear attainable goals and helping them to realise their mindsets that hinder them from achieving their success on both personal and professional fronts.

Interpersonal skills is an area of coaching that i am passionate about that would help in building strong professional, personal and family relationships.
Leaders who are facing leadership challenges from change implementation or as the team expands, are some areas that i have worked on and have experience with.

At the heart of all i do, i like to know the person behind the title, the role they hold at work and at home and get to know the true person that they are.

To remain fresh in my perspective and start the day well, i believe in a 15 minutes short exercise of stretching and a short walk to enjoy nature. This refreshes my mind and kick- starts my day.
To end each day, i always say a gratitude prayer and am a strong believer in my faith. Gratitude keeps me grounded, and not focussed on the worldly achievements that the world adores but instead thankful for the simple things that life has blessed me with.

One of my hobbies is I enjoy writing journals and also writing to my children. I have a fondness for fountain pens as i like to practice and improve my handwriting.

My treasures are my family of 2 lovely children and a supportive husband who dares to dream with me and is the opposite to my character. Marriage is a constant work in progress and adapting to one another as our life journey brings us to new adventures.
