Isaac brings a decade of diverse experience across diplomacy, management consulting, and tech strategy. Having taken a government scholarship, Isaac began his career as a diplomat, advising national leaders and managing high-stakes relationships across Southeast Asia and the US. In the private sector, Isaac has worked closely with C-suite leaders across industries including consumer products, financial services, agri-food, and most recently, tech—helping to drive strategic growth and transformation.
Isaac currently shapes regional corporate strategy at one of Southeast Asia’s decacorns. Alongside his corporate work, Isaac has the privilege of being an in-house coach, supporting ambitious professionals through role transitions, confidence-building, and change management. Through these experiences, he discovered what truly drives him: helping individuals who look great on paper but quietly feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected.

Isaac is a proud girl dad who now sings more in the car than on stage—though he once fronted a band. He loves both coffee and wine, but cares more about the company than the label. He’s lived in the US, UK, Malaysia, and Singapore, and believes that every place and person has something to teach. His years as a diplomat deepened his appreciation for different cultures and perspectives—he’s always listening for the nuance in what people say (or don’t say).
Having made several thoughtful pivots in his own life, Isaac’s learned that priorities shift over time and the destination is never final. For him, the joy is in the journey—and helping others embrace theirs too.
