Gracia discovered the stillness of Vipassana mediation which has added much clarity to her life. It was life changing and she would highly recommend that to anyone. She enjoys listening to podcasts while taking slow walks and catching up with her family and friends over small and intimate meals.
Currently obsessed with ‘enjoying’ her longer runs over ‘surviving’ them, Gracia is looking forward to picking up her first ever half marathon finisher tee this April. Wish her luck!
