Her expertise is built on 10+ years at Google , where she is leading digital strategy and successfully transformed new product lines into multi-billion dollar income generators.
She has a proven record as a pioneer and entrepreneur. She successfully defined and launched Germany’s first online payment model for a daily newspaper (Axel Springer SE). Additionally, she founded several startup, latest sourcing single-origin tea from Taiwan and China to distribute in F&Bs across Europe.
Dorina is known for her ability to connect high-level strategy with tangible results. She has mentored junior colleagues and supported them to grow in corporate environments. Originally from Berlin, Germany, Dorina now calls Singapore her home—the sixth country she has lived in. This extensive experience moving across countries and continents has made her an expert in navigating and embracing change, a core strength she draws upon to shape her resilience and deepen her compassion for her clients.
Dorina currently lives in Tiong Bahru with her two young daughters (aged 4 years and a baby), cherishing the strong sense of community it offers. She deeply enjoys being a mother while also prioritizing her own life, having found a strong balance between family and professional fulfillment.
To maintain this balance, she loves to move, often practicing yoga, Pilates, or going hiking. She is also an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys exploring off the beaten path, has a deep love for art, and finds pleasure in amazing food and drinks—especially tea, a passion that also inspired her entrepreneurial venture.
