Bey’s career journey over the past 3 decades has traversed a remarkable path, beginning with small local businesses, progressing to regional roles with MNCs and eventually advancing to global leadership roles in a prominent Fortune 500 company.
Throughout this journey, Bey has amassed a wealth of experience in diverse business and organisation environments. With 25 years as a leader responsible for developing teams and businesses on both regional and global scales, the experiences gained have profoundly shaped his leadership and strategic approach.
In the past 15 years, Bey has led a global product team, successfully developing strong roadmaps and defining winning products that have generated multi-billion dollar annual revenues and achieved industry leadership. More recently, Bey has led and transformed the global product group program management team for enhanced business acumen and strategic thinking in managing product development and lifecycle.
The success Bey has achieved is underpinned by pivotal experiences from the earlier part of his career – leading regional businesses and teams across diverse countries and cultures, advocating for smaller Asian regions in global business discussions and experiencing the value of diverse perspectives that have contributed to better decisions.
Throughout his career, Bey has benefitted from generosity and coaching from people he had crossed paths with. With his strong belief that everyone wants to be successful and his aspirations to pay it forward for the help he had received, Bey is looking forward to making a positive difference for others with his experience and is now training to become a coach.

Bey is born and bred in Singapore and his life closely mirrors the progress of his home country in the last 50 years. As a young child, he lived in a rural Singapore “kampong” when water was drawn from wells, cooking done over firewood and durians that dropped in the nights were picked off the ground free-of-charge in the mornings.
Since then, Bey had moved from “kampong” to live in small government built HDB flats, then bigger HDB flats and finally to condominiums as Singapore progressed from third-world to now a first-world nation.
Bey is immensely thankful, and sometimes slightly in awe, for the changes that’s happened in his life even while he now juggles time around a demanding job, having quality family time with 3 children and a Singapore Special dog, catching-up with friends and me-time working out in order to keep up with the kids and dog.
Bey focuses on first listening intently and patiently, then asking thoughtful questions to establish deep understanding. He believes there can be different perspectives on one thing and seek to help surface them for better appreciation of different opportunities.
