Beryl has built her professional journey in Dubai working as a financial advisor, a role that strengthened her clarity in communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to support clients through important financial decisions. Working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment, she developed strong relationship management skills, the capacity to analyse complex information, and the resilience to communicate calmly under pressure.
Alongside her corporate experience, Beryl has pursued an intensive personal transformation path. She completed her Kung Fu Coach Certification in China under traditional martial arts teachers, where she trained in movement, discipline, breathwork, and emotional grounding. She is also a dedicated yoga practitioner, integrating Eastern movement arts and embodied mindfulness into her daily life. These disciplines have strengthened her emotional regulation, inner balance, and presence — qualities that naturally influence her coaching style.
Beryl brings a rare combination of practical decision-making, embodied discipline, and emotional awareness to her coaching. Known for her grounded presence and clarity, she is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional overload, rebuild confidence, and lead themselves with intention and steadiness. She is currently completing her Professional Coach Development Certification with the Collective Change Institute (CCI), blending coaching methodology with mind–body awareness and human-centered dialogue.
I specialise in emotional regulation, inner stability, and helping individuals rebuild clarity during overwhelming or transitional periods. My strengths lie in supporting clients to:
• manage emotional overload
• reconnect with their inner strength
• build discipline and sustainable habits
• find confidence and grounded self-leadership
• navigate identity or life transitions
• cultivate balance through mindfulness and embodied practices
My unique background in martial arts, yoga, and mind-body disciplines informs my coaching approach, allowing me to support clients holistically — mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
I’ve lived across different cultures and currently split my life between Dubai and China. This transition opened a powerful chapter of personal transformation for me. Over the past months, I immersed myself in traditional martial arts, completed a Kung Fu Coach Certification, and deepened my yoga practice — all of which taught me emotional regulation, grounding, and discipline.
I’m someone who values consistency, inner peace, and choosing myself even on difficult days. I enjoy slow rituals like tea, mindful movement, reading, and writing self-reminder quotes that help me stay centred.
My journey has been shaped by self-discovery, rebuilding confidence, and learning how to navigate overwhelm with intention. These experiences fuel my passion for coaching and supporting others as they create calm, clarity, and strength within themselves.
My coaching style is warm, grounding and human-centered. I hold a calm, spacious presence that helps clients slow down internally and reconnect with themselves. I use gentle but powerful questioning to deepen their awareness, while staying non-judgmental and fully present.
My approach blends structure with intuition — creating clarity while allowing the client to lead. I bring elements of mindfulness, breathwork, and embodied awareness into my coaching, helping clients move from overwhelm into clarity, calmness and confident action.
I believe transformation is created through small, consistent choices.
Choosing discipline.
Choosing calm.
Choosing yourself, even on difficult days.
Growth isn’t sudden — it builds quietly through intention, patience, and the way we show up for ourselves daily. My philosophy is grounded in helping people strengthen their inner world so they can navigate life with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
