We discussed both the immediate and necessary changes I could make to improve my interactions with my colleagues as well as my longer term career ambitions, motivations and dreams. This was no small feat ! My Coach managed the duality of this dynamic fantastically, giving me practical tools for the immediate while peeling back many layers to question what would be fulfilling for me long term.
All of this is done with the upmost professionalism and a healthy dose of good humor and fun ! I looked forward to each and every session and learned so much about myself through the process.
