Please read the following program and participation terms and conditions that have been crafted to ensure a satisfying, fair and full exchange of services between yourself (“student”) and the institute and its trainers (“CCI”).
General Program Policy
All information shared during official program sessions, between students & CCI or within learning groups, will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law.
Training sessions are recorded by CCI for training purposes only. These recordings will be shared with students for the sole purpose of learning and not to be used for commercial gain. Recordings of sessions by students are strictly not allowed.
Materials used and distributed are for the sole purpose of education. Materials used and distributed are the sole property of CCI and are not to be used by the student for commercial gain.
The services rendered by CCI are training, supervision, and mentoring. CCI does not engage in therapy. CCI is not liable for any health or mental issues that might arise during the course of training.
The student will not be refunded for any classes, supervision sessions, or mentoring sessions that he/she has missed or will miss as a result of his/her withdrawal.
Session time loss from late-coming and interruptions (e.g. phone calls) within the supervision/coaching session will still count toward the designated session period.
By signing up for the training, the student grants CCI permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph or video in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration made to them. These photos or videos become the property of CCI and will not be returned.
The student authorizes CCI to use, edit, copy, publish, or exhibit any photo for any lawful purpose. The student waives the right to review any photo or to obtain royalties from the photo.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you choose to withdraw from the program after the start of the CMP program, the total program fees paid is non-refundable.
