“The secret of Change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old but on building the new.” – Socrates
Sophie helps clients move beyond old patterns to consciously build the life and identity they truly want, making changes that are intentional and sustained.

Background

Sophie brings 17 years navigating change as a self-employed professional with a background in psychology into her coaching practice. She specialises in guiding clients through their own growth journey by helping them see what is truly holding them back, transforming uncertainties into clarity and fears into purposeful action. Clients engage with Sophie to gain perspective shifts that create lasting change, building grounded confidence in who they are becoming.

In her financial planning practice, Sophie has supported more than 200 executives, professionals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments, from navigating loss and uncertainty to making critical decisions about their future. Her core strengths lie in building deep trust during emotionally complex situations, asking questions that change perspective and holding space for clients facing the unknown. She focuses on uncovering root causes to create clarity in complexity. These skills now shape her coaching approach.

Throughout her career, Sophie has invested heavily in personal development but ultimately realised that her biggest breakthroughs came when trusted seniors asked the right questions that gave her new insights. She discovered that transformation accelerates when you have someone who helps you see your own thinking differently. Now, coaching allows her to be that catalyst for others, helping clients recognise they are not at the mercy of circumstances or stuck on auto-pilot. On the journey toward their greater self, there is always a choice to reframe.

Sophie graduated with a B.Soc,Sci (Hons) majoring in Psychology from National University of Singapore.
