Background

Li Ean brings her wealth of professional experience from the healthcare and education sectors, and her own personal experiences, into her coaching practice to facilitate her clients’ growth, transformation and empowerment! She is passionate about collaborating with you to navigate transitions in life, achieve professional goals, and improve communications and interpersonal relationships. Experience her coaching if you hope to bid farewell to feelings of helplessness and confusion, embrace positivity, and live a healthier and more fulfilled life!

Li Ean is a medical professional with 20 years of experience. As a Neurologist, she oversaw teams that cared for patients in the Neurology Intensive Care Unit and also the Acute Stroke Unit. More recently, she was a Senior Lecturer and Examinations Chair in the Anatomy Department, National University of Singapore. Currently, she is a Clinical Practice Facilitator with Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Li Ean used to have a habit of keeping herself really busy. Until her undergraduate years, she was involved in performing in the Arts (piano, choir, musical and dance). While in college and after graduating, she also participated in numerous medical missions to various countries. In 2021, while busily working as a full-time educator at NUS and being a mother to 3 young ones, Li Ean felt a deep sense of dissatisfaction that she could not shake off. Coaching inspired her to re-evaluate her priorities and seek change in her life. Now, Li Ean’s life work includes partnering clients to find out what they enjoy and value, so they can lead fulfilling and well-balanced lives.

Li Ean holds an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), and a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine), both from National University of Singapore. She also holds a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy from The School of Positive Psychology.
