Coaching philosophy

Michel believes change begins with clarity and personal responsibility. Many people sense that something in their life needs attention long before they act on it. Coaching creates a steady, confidential space to explore that honestly — without judgement and without pressure. He supports clients in seeing their patterns clearly, deciding what truly matters, and taking deliberate steps forward. The work belongs to the client; his role is to provide structure, perspective, and accountability along the way.

Background

Michel is a certified professional coach with nearly 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe and Asia. His work has spanned multiple countries, cultures, and belief systems, giving him first-hand insight into how identity, expectation, and environment shape the way people live and make decisions.

Coaching has been a constant throughout his life — not as a role, but as a way of working with people navigating uncertainty, reinvention, and change. He has supported individuals facing burnout, relocation, cultural adjustment, relationship shifts, questions of direction, and moments where something in life no longer fits.

As a gay husband and father who has built his life across diverse cultural contexts, Michel understands the tension between authenticity and expectation. He creates a space where clients can explore any aspect of work or life — identity, purpose, health, relationships, direction — without having to fragment who they are.

He is based in Singapore and continues his professional development toward ICF accreditation.
