Client at the driver’s seat, coach as an enabler
Having undergone multiple life challenges e.g. temporarily dropping out of school in junior college, failed relationships, a multi-year battle with chronic insomnia, and career crossroads, Faith is passionate about the idea of integrating one’s purpose, values, strengths, and enjoyment to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. As a coach, she hopes to gently challenge and empower individuals to foster their well-being, sustainable growth and self-actualisation through adopting an authentic, open and compassionate approach to coaching. Clients engage Faith for topics related to purpose & fulfillment, confidence, relationship finding and career clarity.
Professionally, Faith brings ~10 years of experience across learning and development, stakeholder engagement, and industry partnerships in both the private and public sectors. She has successfully implemented training programmes and partnerships, and is adept in influencing and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders from internal business units, to external stakeholders like training partners, public agencies and professional bodies, across different seniority levels. The common thread has been helping organisations and individuals grow through capability building initiatives, and what drew her to coaching was its partnering approach which recognises and taps on the individual’s own capabilities and resources. She views coaching as a complementary skill to empower individuals to succeed through mind-body-heart alignment.
With more than 100 coaching hours under her belt, Faith has witnessed the power of coaching in surfacing new awarenesses in her coachees’ lives which ultimately drove real world changes. She hopes to partner self-driven individuals who have encountered roadblocks in their growth journies to uncover and act on their versions of a sustainable, empowered and fulfilling life.
