Coaching philosophy

We are always evolving, and growth begins with awareness. Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most. It is a partnership grounded in compassion and honesty, where we explore new perspectives and choose how to move forward with clarity, intention, and self-trust.

Background

Jeanne is an Associate Coach with the Collective Change Institute, supporting individuals to build clarity, self-trust, and alignment in both life and leadership. Known for her calm, empathetic presence, she creates a safe and reflective space where clients feel seen, gently challenged, and empowered toward meaningful change.

With over 20 years of international HR experience in tech start-ups and global organisations, Jeanne has led leadership development, organisational restructuring, M&As, talent management and people strategy. Her career has been built on developing people – helping them lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Outside the workplace, Jeanne lives the principles of resilience and wellbeing. She teaches swimming and stays active, embodying the belief that physical vitality supports mental clarity. Having personally navigated burnout, career transitions, and self-doubt, she brings humility, empathy, and lived wisdom to her practice. Lifelong learning and inner work remain central to how she lives, leads, and coaches.

She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and lectures adult learners in Psychology and Human Resource Management at a local polytechnic.
