Harjit brings over a decades’ experience in the Social Service Sector into her coaching practice. She specializes in helping her clients transform their mindsets to regain confidence and to achieve their goals. Clients engage Harjit to help them through life transitions and navigating change.
Harjit has lived & worked in India & Singapore. Her experience has been in Mental Wellness Consulting, Training and Community Developmentacross sectors including Education, Social Services, Healthcare, and Nonprofits and working with professionals, educators, students, and caregivers to build clarity, confidence, and resilience. Her coaching draws on her professional work in evidence-based methods, cultural insights, and values-based reflection.
With her journey of multiple transitions including career shifts, cultural changes, and parenting, identity rediscovery shaped her path through her experience in the Social Service Sector. This sharpened her perspective on human potential and guided a shift towards Coaching with a purpose.
Harjit holds a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling from Monash University. She is also an MBA graduate.
