Background

Erin brings over two decades of leadership abd Board experience across Asia, Europe and North America into her coaching practice. A certified coach through the Collective Change Institute, she supports people navigating complexity, transition, and growth. Her coaching blends strategic perspective with deep personal inquiry, helping clients gain clarity, lead authentically, and live with intention in demanding professional and personal environments.

As a Regional executive, Erin has operated in high-stakes, high pressure contexts, leading through crisis, transformation, and organizational change. She has worked across three continents and brings a strong multicultural lens to her coaching. A consistent thread throughout her career has been supporting leaders and teams to navigate ambiguity, make grounded decisions, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. These experiences share a coaching style that is practical, reflective, and grounded in real-world leadership challenges.

As a working mother, Erin understands the lived reality of balancing ambition, responsibility, and personal fulfillment. Coaching ahs shaped her own leadership journey – strengthening her ability to set boundaries, resist people-pleasing, and lead with purpose. Erin holds a BA (Communication) from University of South Australia, International Management and Women’s Leadership from INSEAD, an MBA from The London School of Economics and High Impact Leadership from University of Cambridge.
