Her coaching blends strategic perspective with deep personal inquiry, helping clients gain clarity, lead authentically, and live with intention in demanding professional and personal environments.
As a Regional executive, Erin has operated in high-stakes, high pressure contexts, leading through crisis, transformation, and organizational change. She has worked across three continents and brings a strong multicultural lens to her coaching. A consistent thread throughout her career has been supporting leaders and teams to navigate ambiguity, make grounded decisions, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Erin holds a BA (Communication) from University of South Australia, International Management and Women’s Leadership from INSEAD, an MBA from The London School of Economics and High Impact Leadership from University of Cambridge.
