Clement Teo, a seasoned regional executive with over 20 years of Asia-Pacific leadership experience, He brings together strategic business understanding and a deeply human approach to growth. Clement has spearheaded service and cultural transformation initiatives, led diverse regional teams, and is recognised for his empathy, curiosity, and clarity of purpose.

Clement brings this same leadership philosophy into his coaching practice – helping clients uncover their intrinsic strengths, navigate complexity with confidence, and build trust within themselves and their teams. His coaching approach integrates Design Thinking principles, change management expertise, and human-centred leadership to support both personal and organizational transformation.

More than two decades ago, Clement’s own journey of growth and self-discovery began through coaching. It shaped how he leads, how he serves, and how he approaches life and work. Through this experience, he learned the value of clarity, self-awareness, and purposeful development. Today, drawing on over 20 years of leadership and regional experience, Clement partners with individuals and organisations to support meaningful, sustainable change. His life’s work is to help professionals reconnect with what truly matters, build confidence and capability, and lead fulfilled, balanced lives.

Clement holds a Master in Management from University of Western Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from Singapore Human Resource Institute
