My role as a coaching is to create a steady and respectful space where you can slow down, listen inward and act with integrity without being pushed, judged or rescued.
Background
As a coach, Caris trust awareness as the real turning point when the clients begin to understand themselves more deeply through exploration of their feelings and worldview. She believes that once awareness is present, action follows naturally and more cleanly, without force or pressure.
Alongside her coaching works, Caris manages a team in a Public Sector where she leads the project management of land and building works. This lived experience within complex systems shapes how she hold coaching conversations with steadiness, clarity and respect for real world constraints.
Caris began her formal learning journey in para-counselling in 2023. In the following year, Caris became a certified Career Services Provider with National Career Development Association, providing Career Coaching within the Public Sector Division while serving as Head of Project Management Team. In 2025, she attainted her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coaching Federation, and in 2026, she took on the role of Wellness Ambassador within her organisation.
These 3 years stretched Caris beyond her comfort and boundaries, shaping what she now describe as Caris 2.0, a fusion where engineering discipline and coaching presence come alive in conversation. Grounded in structure yet led by awareness, her coaching bridges clarity, integrity and human experience.
Caris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering
