Background
Andy brings over 10+ years of leadership experience from the corporate life insurance sector into his coaching practice. He specialises in helping clients transform their mindsets, develop self-confidence and selfleadership that is transferrable to professional and personal situations. Clients engage Andy to help them gain clarity to navigate the challenges they are facing, helping them define and move closer to their goals.
Andy has lived & worked Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, enabling him to have a pan-Asia wide experience, allowing him to work with people from different cultural background. With core strengths in team building, stakeholder engagement, business development and communications, he has extensive experience in developing young and emerging leaders to be the best version of themselves.
He is passionate about partnering young emerging leaders in organisations to help them navigate their work challenges. Being open minded, empathetic, and seeing the world from other’s perspective are his mantra when working with different people.
