Janice is a dedicated HR Leader who enjoys working with a group of diverse employees and leaders on people-related issues and provides effective solutions in a dynamic and fast paced environment. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is a trusted advisor to her business leaders in her role as an HR Business Partner.

In her HR career spanning 16 years, she interacted with individuals from different backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures. Prior to her HR Career, Janice was an Accounting professional for about 11 years. Janice is a committee member of HARMAN’s Women Network APAC and has participated in various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives such as Executive Presence for Women, organized International Women’s Day celebrations and recently facilitated the Unconscious Bias and Alliance Mindset training for the region.

Janice is fortunate to work in various American MNCs like Caterpillar Inc., Harley-Davidson, and HARMAN International. In her Accounting career, she worked for a distributorship for a stable of luxury cars which carries brands like Ferrari, Aston-Martin, Ruf & Cadillac (no, she never owned one).

Personal Background


Janice is a strong believer of continuous and lifelong learning regardless of age and believes we should never stop learning from getting a new skill or knowledge. She values relationships and considers herself a reliable friend who renders a hand to friends and ex-colleagues who needs advice pertaining to their career or parenting issues.

She exudes positivity, mostly cheerful and possesses a sense of humour. A family-oriented person, she enjoys a very close bond with her two teenage sons and enjoys spending time at home. She is part of an identical twin and together, they had experienced some humorous situations. Janice destresses by listening to music and watching K-dramas.
