Background

Veronica is a global coach and leadership development professional with over a decade of experience developing people leaders in dynamic, fastscaling environments. As Regional Learning & Development Lead at a Fortune 500 technology company, she drives the global leadership program, building coaching, feedback and performance management capabilities across more than 300 leaders worldwide.

She has coached and facilitated learning for a diverse, multi generational workforce spanning early-career professionals to senior leaders from across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Her work focuses on building inclusive leadership and organisational culture, helping leaders navigate cross-cultural dynamics, and foster psychologically safe environments where teams thrive. In today’s AI enabled workplaces, she works with leaders to grow the human skills that matter most – emotional intelligence, adaptability, and influence – so they can lead thoughtfully, act with courage, and inspire others in complex, hybrid environments.

As an executive coach, Veronica works with emerging and experienced leaders navigating complex transitions, whether stepping into new leadership roles, managing globally diverse teams, or leading through change. Her coaching helps leaders cultivate presence, clarity, and empathy\ while aligning personal purpose with organisational goals.
