Choy Kiew has more than 30 years working experience in senior leadership positions leading teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and South Africa, primarily in the Research & Development function within the pharmaceutical industry. During her career, Choy Kiew has lived and worked in Singapore, Japan and China. As a female executive in Japan, she managed to break the proverbial glass ceiling whilst gaining respect from colleagues through excellence in the delivery of various programs and projects.
Choy Kiew is recognized for developing, mentoring, coaching and motivating individuals and teams to excel in their performance and in delivering outstanding value to the business. Choy Kiew initiated and built a coaching culture when based in Japan and China.
Choy Kiew holds a Master of Science degree in Medical Statistics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Statistics and Computer Science from University College London. She published her second book “Nyonya Puteh” in June 2022 and is now working on her third book.
