Arundhati has been coaching since 2017 and attained certification by the ICF in 2018. Her intensive HR work experience lends strength to the areas of business, career, wellness, communication and interpersonal skillsets coaching.
Her coaching approach is pragmatic and results oriented and she focuses on self-awareness and awakening the mind to new opportunities. At the same time, she is able to modify her coaching style based on the needs of the individual as well as the situation.

Background
Arundhati is an HR enthusiast with close to two decades of experience in developing people and talent. Her experience is mainly in the tech startup / ecommerce / retail with specific expertise in start up employer branding, candidate and employee experience, leadership coaching as well as streamlining and aligning HR processes to best reflect the company culture.
She is curious about people and spent half a lifetime understanding what makes people tick. She made her career in HR, focussing on start ups and SMEs, held various positions across industries, and within varied structures. While her experience has been in Asia Pacific, she has worked closely with teams in the United States and Europe. As a result, diversity and cultural integration have been keys to her professional success.
She is a Gold Medalist from the Pondicherry University and graduated with Master’s degree in Tourism Administration, She is the recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Excellence in Academic Proficiency for the Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the Fox School of Business, Temple University. She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
