Amily served as President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)Singapore Chapter in 2024. ICF is the Gold standard in ProfessionalCoaching. She is currently the Chief Executive Coach & Managing Directorof The Growth Coach Singapore, part of a global business coachingorganization in 150 markets.
Specializing in performance coaching, cross-cultural transitions, andleadership development, Amily empowers senior leaders, executives,entrepreneurs, and managers to create lasting positive change. Usingproprietary assessment tools and frameworks, she helps her clientsnavigate challenges, find solutions, and achieve fulfilment in their careersand lives.
Having lived and worked in Europe and China for 15 years before returningto Singapore, Amily understands the complexities of balancing work andfamily. In China, she supported expats from the US and Europe in adaptingto new environments. Before coaching, she worked in corporate andprivate banking and with a Singapore Government Ministry.
