Direct, perceptive, and structured — She creates a space that is both supportive and challenging, helping clients see patterns and think with clarity.
Coaching is about seeing clearly — how you think, what drives your decisions, and where you may be stuck. When there is clarity, better decisions and actions follow. I’m here to help clients discover themselves, uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and move forward in a way that is both practical and aligned.
Amanda brings a structured, insight-driven approach to coaching, helping clients gain clarity in decision-making, uncover unhelpful patterns, and move forward with grounded confidence. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between knowing and doing — turning awareness into practical, sustainable change.
She brings 10 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, tech startups and Fortune 500 company. She has successfully pivoted her career across industries and functions, from China to Singapore. This journey built her analytical and structured thinking, as well as her resilience, adaptability, and willingness to step outside her comfort zone — qualities she now brings into her coaching, especially for clients facing complexity, transitions, or uncertainty.
Her own experience of navigating uncertainty and growth led her to coaching. Having experienced moments of doing well on the outside but feeling unsure about what she truly wanted, she now supports clients in making more intentional decisions and taking actions that truly fit who they are.
Amanda holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
