warm, insightful, and grounding — someone who listens deeply, asks the right questions, and helps them move forward with confidence and calm
Growth begins with awareness and aligned action. Change isn’t about perfection but about choosing what matters and moving forward with clarity and consistency.
Ga-Ying is an ICF-trained coach who helps professionals and parents going through a transition to find clarity, confidence and sustainable career and life direction. She focuses her coaching on redefining “success” in a balanced and aligned way, particularly for those navigating relocation, career reinvention or life’s “rush-hour” years.
With over 15 years of international leadership experience in global companies, Ga-Ying has led cross-functional teams and strategic projects for multinational organisations such as Sky/Comcast and Deutsche Bahn. She is renowned for building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across regions and guiding stakeholders through complex change and transformation initiatives. Her background in corporate leadership, combined with her certifications in fitness and nutrition, enables her to take a holistic approach to coaching, helping clients to achieve tangible, sustainable results.
Having experienced several transitions herself — moving from Europe to Asia, changing careers, and becoming a mother of two while finding her own balance — Ga-Ying deeply understands what it means to navigate change without losing oneself in the process. These lived experiences ground her coaching, making it empathetic and relatable for clients facing similar crossroads.
Ga-Ying holds an MBA from the University of Bayreuth in Germany and is the founder of Compass & Clarity Coaching, which is based in Singapore.
