Clients know her to be

Empathetic and genuinely curious — Shivani creates what clients describe as “something rare: space to think, speak honestly, and feel truly heard.” She’s an attentive listener who “knows exactly when to slow things down so you can discover your own insights” rather than being told what to do.

Skilled at revealing what you can’t see — Through keen observation and timely questioning, she helps clients notice blindspots and self imposed roadblocks. As one creative professional shared, “She provided the safe space for me to confront them. Doing so not only lifted a big weight off my shoulders, but also cleared the path ahead, helping me to realize what I am truly capable of accomplishing.”

Supportive without being pushy — Shivani “keeps you accountable in a way that feels supportive rather than pressured and never rushes the process.” She brings strong coaching skills with exceptional care and intention, always knowing when to challenge, when to guide, and when to simply listen.

Someone who creates real transformation — Clients don’t just gain clarity—they leave feeling fundamentally different. “Clearer, more grounded, and more confident.” They discover “the alignment and clarity needed at pivotal points” in their careers and lives. And consistently, they feel “heard, understood, and encouraged.

Coaching philosophy

You already have everything you need to move forward. My job is to help you remember.

I believe meaningful growth doesn’t come from fixing, forcing, or following someone else’s formula. It comes from creating space to reconnect with who you are beneath the noise — the roles, expectations, and versions of yourself you’ve outgrown.

My approach blends Eastern mindfulness with Western coaching methodology. Drawing from my decade in high-pressure tech environments and my own journey through reinvention, I combine:

Deep listening and reflective inquiry (the how) Practical frameworks and intentional action (the what) Compassionate presence and patience (the why)

This is whole-person coaching. We don’t separate “career you” from “personal you” or “ambitious you” from “spiritual you.” We honor all of it — exploring how your inner world shapes your outer results, and how external changes impact your internal landscape.

Together, we slow down to speed up. By pausing to listen inward, you gain the clarity to move forward with confidence — not just doing what’s next, but doing what’s right for you.

This approach has helped clients navigate career pivots, rebuild after burnout, launch businesses, return to work after caregiving, and rediscover their sense of purpose and direction.

Background

Shivani knows what it’s like to stand at the crossroads between success and fulfillment. After spending over a decade in fast-growth tech and SaaS, she had built the career many people aspire to: impact, leadership, global reach. But something essential was missing: connection to herself.

That gap became her catalyst for change. Shivani took a deliberate pause to explore what was calling her. Through mindfulness, self inquiry, and her own coaching journey, she discovered what happens when you create space to listen inward—clarity emerges, patterns shift, and you remember who you are beneath all the roles and expectations.

Today, she brings the best of both worlds into her practice: corporate fluency (she speaks the language of stakeholders, KPIs, and navigating complexity) combined with hard-won insights from her own journey of reinvention what it takes to slow down, question everything, and build a life aligned with who you actually are.

Her lived experience shapes everything she does. As a third-culture individual who grew up across the U.S., India, and Singapore, Shivani intimately understands navigating multiple identities, cultural expectations, and the question of belonging. As an entrepreneur (founder of RaniSaa, a jewelry brand rooted in empowerment), she knows the weight of building something meaningful while protecting your well-being.

What this means for you: You get a coach who’s walking the path alongside you, not from a pedestal. Someone who understands professional credibility, real-world pressures, and the courage it takes to choose yourself. Someone who won’t just help you achieve your goals—but will help you reconnect with who you are in the process.

Engaged by clients for

Finding clarity at life’s crossroads — When you know something needs to change but can’t see
the path forward. Clients typically move from “I don’t know what I want” to clear next steps
within 3-4 sessions.

Navigating major transitions with grace — Career pivots, entrepreneurial leaps, role changes,
relocations, or personal reinvention. Creating intentional change rather than reactive decisions
during life’s pivotal moments.

Reclaiming well-being from the inside out — Moving beyond surface-level self-care to deep
alignment. Building sustainable practices rooted in self-trust, not external validation or
productivity hacks.

Strengthening your inner compass — Reconnecting with your values beneath expectations,
roles, and “shoulds.” Learning to make decisions from alignment rather than anxiety, others’
opinions, or outdated versions of yourself.

Leading with authentic confidence — Stepping into leadership (whether managing a team,
launching a business, or simply leading your own life) without losing yourself. Communicating
with impact, setting boundaries, and showing up as fully you.
