ACC Fast Track Program

Collective Change Institute (CCI)’s ACC Fast Track pathway is for committed coaches who wish to progress to the ICF ACC level.

This 6-month fast track features a peer and faculty supported accountability structure consisting of monthly accountability sessions, an ACC preparation webinar, Q&A opportunities with faculty and peer coaching arrangements.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Collective Change Institute (CCI)’s ACC Fast Track pathway is for committed coaches who wish to progress to the ICF ACC level. This 6-month fast track features a peer and faculty supported accountability structure consisting of monthly accountability sessions, an ACC preparation webinar, Q&A opportunities with faculty and peer coaching arrangements.

The aim of this Fast Track program is to support you in obtaining the hours and practice needed to get you to your ICF ACC credential application. Obtain your Associate Certified Coach (ICF) credential and enjoy a globally recognized professional title and access to a worldwide network.

PROGRAM Structure

CCI’s ACC Fast Track program offers a unique blended learning format:

1) PEER COACHING

Clock Coaching Experience

  • Dedicated reciprocal coaching arrangement (Fixed coach-pairs, 2-way barter coaching, twice monthly)
  • Peer-to-peer coaching opportunities (Self- initiated and self-paced arrangements)
  • Dedicated DISCORD online community channel to stay plugged into a network of professional coach practitioners for coaching opportunities and collaboration

2) Learning opportunities

Reflect, Review, Revise

  • ICF’ s Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) test preparation
  • ICF ACC application preparation
  • Monthly Accountability sessions
  • Peer support breakouts and progress reviews
  • Monthly Q&A with faculty
  • DISCORD online community for Q&A and discussions with peers and faculty

3) Experience Coaching

Coach Real Clients

  • Opportunity to partake in a public or corporate Pro-bono coaching programs (for coaches beyond 60 coaching hours)

On-going reciprocal coaching arrangement & peer-to-peer coaching from Month 0 to Month 6

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Participants should have:

  • At least 60 hours of ICF coach training
  • Applying for your ACC within the next 12 months

Participants should commit minimally to 2 hours sessions of barter coaching (i.e. 4 hours) per month. Join with 100% dedication to your goals and be committed to your coach peers.

CCI Alumni

  • If you are a PCD graduate, your participation in the ACC Fast Track is complimentary
  • You may attend as many ACC Fast Track Series as you would like, until you have obtained your ICF ACC Credential


Non-CCI Alumni Coaches

  • The investment fee below is a SUBSCRIPTION fee
  • This subscription allows you to access as many sessions as you would like, until December of the following year (= 1 year or more depending on when you sign up)
  • CCI runs 2 series per year; this is approximately 12 – 18 LIVE sessions
  • You can stay connected with the Coach’s network and continue reciprocal coaching throughout this period until your subscription is up
  • You will get alerts and invitations to join the pro-bono panel of coaches when external coaching opportunities arise throughout this period until your subscription is up
  • This series is only open to coaches who are working towards their ICF ACC credentials.

  • Pro-bono corporate or public opportunities will only be offered when the opportunity presents itself
  • To partake in any pro-bono coaching opportunity, you must have at least 60 coaching hours
