Sherman is a Life & Executive Coach. He is an Associate Certified Coach accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF). Over the past 7 years, Sherman has coached and facilitated over 300 participants in various transformational programs. Sherman also been also been trained in the fundamentals of process-oriented psychology which he integrates into his coaching.

Sherman is a senior consultant with one of the region’s leading financial institutions with over 5 years of experience in the finance sector. He has consistently ranked in the top 20 percentile of the organization. Outside of work, Sherman actively volunteers with the Deaf community and he works towards bridging the gap between the hearing and the Deaf.
