PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Coaching Manager is a unique blended learning experience that is designed to help managers become more impactful leaders by equipping them with the coaching mindset and skills needed to develop, engage and empower their people.

PROGRAM Structure

Consisting of seven distinct modules, the program embeds a coaching mindset and skills through a combination of on demand learning (videos), in person live sessions, coaching, self-work, on the job application and an active peer support network and community.
 
The Coaching Manager is a collaboration between CCI – one of Asia’s leading coach training school and Northpoint – one of Asia’s leading leadership development companies. It is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (“ICF”) core coaching competencies and participants receive CCEU credits awarded by ICF.

MEET THE PROGRAM TRAINERS

Jim Livingstone

(PCC, ICF)

Jim Livingstone is an executive educator and ICF Professional Certified Coach. He is also the founder and Chief Learning Officer of Northpoint; an organisation that specialises in the assessment and development of leaders. He also is a certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

Born in Perth, Western Australia, Jim has lived and worked in various countries around the world and has called Singapore home for over 20 years. If you ask him what his biggest leadership challenge is, he would tell you it’s trying to be a good husband and set a good example for his little boy.

Lin Tan

(MCC, ICF)

Lin is recognized with an ICF Master Coach Credential, the highest professional coach accreditation conferred on a Coach, joining the top 2% globally. She brings over 4,000 hours of coaching experience into her work with organizations and individuals, specializing in leadership development and coaching skills training. She is currently serving as the President-Elect of the International Coach Federation, Singapore chapter.

In 2018, she was recognised as a Young Leaders Award Finalist by ICF and identified to be in the top 11 globally who are set to lead the coaching profession. Lin has trained and mentored over 200 individuals in coaching skill sets, and helped over 60 of them achieve their professional certifications.

Lin Tan

Lim Pei Ying

Pei Ying brings over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, combined with a commercial and management background to empower individuals and teams to realize their potential and drive larger outcomes/objectives. Some notable results of her coaching include transiting leaders into larger roles and building successful sustainable businesses alongside that.

Having trained and mentored Coaches since 2008, she currently develops budding coaches, coaching leaders and managers through the professional, advanced and corporate programs under Collective Change Institute.

Learn about the fundamentals of coaching; what it is and isn’t, the role of a coaching manager, the coaching mindset, core coaching skills and ICF Core Competencies.

Learn about the coaching framework, and how, when combined with coaching mindset and skills it can lead to rich collaborative conversations that elicit thought and action.

3. coaching for growth

Learn how to help your people take charge of their personal development; identify career aspirations, development opportunities and to map out a plan to achieve what matters to them.

Learn how to increase buy-in and commitment towards the attainment of stretch targets by engaging in regular performance related coaching conversations.

The Coaching Manager requires a substantial commitment in that you are required to apply what you have learned through a series of action plans in the leadup to supervision sessions.

The Coaching Manager has been designed with busy managers in mind by employing a combination of on-demand learning, in-person learning, reflection and feedback. It is as efficient as it is impactful!

A digital certificate will be awarded to participants who complete each module in the leadup to their Coaching Manager Certificate (CMC). The program is recognised by the International coach Federation (ICF), and participants receive ICF-accredited training hours.

Besides joining a community of like-minded, driven people managers who are passionate about coaching, you will receive actionable feedback at various stages throughout the program.
