Collective Change Institute (CCI)’s professional coach development program is for individuals who wish to be professionally certified coaches. The program’s duration is over six (6) months consisting of face-to-face weekend intensives, webinar classroom sessions, face-to-face coaching, mentoring sessions.

Our ACSTH curriculum is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) , the the leading global organization for coaches with more than 22,000 members in over 100 countries. After graduation, you can apply for your Associate Coach Credentials (ICF) which is recognized worldwide.

Note: The Professional Coach Development (PCD) program (ACC level) is the foundational course within the Complete Coach Development (CCD) program offered by CCI. The PCD course can be taken on its own, or as part of the CCD program

CCI’s professional coach development program is one of the only programs which offers an integrated blended learning structure.

The 6 months program includes:

2-day kick-off weekend (5 hours / online)
2-day Intensive weekend (16 hours / in-person)
5 x 2 hr live classroom sessions (10 hours / online)
5 x 2 hr live supervision sessions (10 hours / online)
6 hr 1-1 mentoring sessions (6 hours)
4 hr group mentoring sessions (4 hours)
Graduation day (8 hours / in-person)
Coach Assessment & feedback
Personal project, peer coaching and self-directed learning
Access to CCI’s coaching for change initiative (to get real clients)
Full access to our online coaching academy with course materials, videos, templates

Before I joined this program, I’m a very fact-driven person. I listen for facts all the time. However after this program, I’m better able to listen out for emotions from my family and loved ones. This helps me create more meaningful relationships and allows the whole relationship to be better than before.

The faculty is very warm and knowledgeable. When I first met the faculty at the weekend, everyone was so interactive and helpful. I’ve never experienced a training program where the student to faculty ratio is so low. It speaks of the amazing effort put in to help us learn.

The weekend is very energetic! The environment was powerful and everyone stepped up to progress from listening, to learning from coaching and being coached. I learnt the power of empathy and active listening so that the client can open up and be truthful – not only to the Coach – but more importantly to him or herself.

I had a great weekend! The Coaches were lovely. The best 2 days I’ve spent in a long time. One thing that I learnt was all the insights that I took away about Coaching, and that its easy to touch somebody’s life by just paying a bit more attention, and listening, and being there for them.
