Lin Tan is an Executive Coach and a Mentor Coach with 13 years experience. She is 1 of 6 Master Certified Coaches (ICF) in Singapore bringing over 3,000 hours of coaching experience across 1,500 individuals into her work. A registered mentor coach with the ICF, Lin has trained hundreds of individuals in coaching skill sets, in areas of communication, motivation, leadership and team performance since 2005. She has personally mentored more than 25 coaches in attaining their international coach credentials. With over 10 years of designing coach training curriculum and training coach faculties, she now heads Collective Change Institute, a boutique school offering the ACSTH-credentialed (ICF) coach-training course.

Apart from executive/leadership coaching, corporate facilitation and coach mentoring engagements, Lin’s coaching expertise is sought after to aid talent development on projects that require professional coaching solutions.
