Zhi Li | Collective Change Institute

If life was a movie, it should be a comedy. It can get a little bit crazy sometimes but we can take comfort that laughter is the best medicine. My Masters of Forensic Mental Health has allowed me to see people for who they are, under different lights. This is where I shine.

Professional Background

I’ve been in the shadows serving in the community service space for over 10 years and love it. I was lucky to have found a sector where I belong and look forward to exploring new boundaries and learning from the people I cross paths with. I am currently doing community partnerships in the government sector because I enjoy connecting and developing people, especially in the social service sector.

Coaching Specialty

I am a coach who wants to see what you see. I challenge you to use and abuse my curious mind along this journey with you and together, we can make sense of what you need to. I will make you feel understood, in the way that you want to feel understood, to be seen and heard, in the way that you deserve.

Personal Background

Growing up, I learnt about the world by being what I think the world needs me to be. I enjoyed making sense of the world by observing and never fully experiencing the life that I was blessed with. That said, I hated the world long before I learnt how to love it. Now, I’m grateful for the life lessons that brought me here and I now understand what it means to feel understood. I believe we all play a part in the world and that we are all connected. We can search the whole world for a place to belong, but if you seek within, you’ll always find the answers.
