Driven by a desire to live a life of purpose, I found meaning in my career around the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. As a learning facilitator and champion of educational quality, I take pride in my work to facilitate learning effectively so that my learners can acquire critical life skills (such as facilitation and first aid) which could in turn be used to further impact the people around their circle of influence.
Growing up having to balance between studies and multiple freelance jobs, I also had been through rough periods of feeling overwhelmed and demoralised during the initial phase of my career. As such, I resonated deeply with the struggle faced by young working adults transitioning from school to the workforce, careerists transitioning between jobs, as well as freelancers hustling across assignments.
The demands of adulting and working life while balancing between financial stability and a meaningful career are certainly issues not easy to grapple with. Thus, I take heart to pay it forward for the assistance I have been receiving towards guiding people along my touchpoints who are experiencing similar struggles.

• Career directions and development
• Freelancing and side hustle
• Personal development and growth
Closely aligned with my professional self, I strive for personal excellence in continuously becoming a better version of myself, which would enable me to help others more effectively and create more meaningful impacts. I have been consistently upgrading myself in the areas of instruction design and facilitation, which had been valuable in my role as a Volunteer Facilitator with a non-profit youth organisation, as part of my belief in skills-based volunteering.
Casually, I enjoy going for leisure swims in the sunny weather and value the time meeting up with people for 1-on-1 conversations over a hearty meal.
