Close to 18 years in business and policy consulting (with some exposure to consumer research), advising the government, multinational corporations and local enterprises across different geographical locations in addressing a wide range of industry, business and human capital challenges as well as formulating growth strategies.
Apart from consulting, team development is another key focus area in my last role, where I was involved in recruitment, enhancing team dynamics, nurturing individual strengths, listening and mentoring. I have had the opportunity to mentor and be mentored by many team members from diverse backgrounds, and have derived great satisfaction in being a part of their progress.
I am currently more focused on mentoring, while taking the time for exploration to rediscover things that energize me and which I want to do until 99.

Reading, particularly about how the mind works and human behavior. One of my favorite books is Thinking, Fast and Slow.
Food. I enjoy lots of different types of food in moderation.
Nature. I enjoy being close to nature and am exploring opportunities to be based in a place rich in nature.
Laughter. Absolutely love having good laughs with friends, family and strangers.
Relationships. Grateful for all the people I have crossed paths with, and all those who are with me along the way.
Conversations. Love engaging in deeper conversations about the mind, aspirations, challenges and personal growth.
Different perspectives. Always trying to seek out and understand different perspectives about everything.
